Units with sleeper sofa. The location turned out to be great and unbeatable, adjacent to Charlotte and the airport and uptown Charlotte.

Comfortable lounge area, clean rooms, nice outdoor fire pit. Staff was professional and helpful. Easy to find, lots of parking, near the interstate. Friendly front desk staff and airport shuttle driver. Suggested a tasty nearby restaurant. Quiet and beautiful decor. Cozy bed and welcoming room. Good shower pressure. Nice amenities like fridge and microwave.

I was very very pleased with my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. I was greeted by a friendly face at check-in, she told me about the restaurant & all the other amenities. My room was very nice, clean, neat and had everything I needed. I told 4 or 5 different people about my lovely room. I will continue to stay with your establishment when visiting downtown Charlotte, or coming to a Panthers Football game. Thank you

location was close enough to convention yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. My room was large enough yet I did not need all the other furniture. Internet service was ok.

I had to go outside whenever I wanted to use my cell phone for I had absolutely no service in my room. There was no way for my business calls to come thru! Talked to the front desk clerk in reference to another night and they said they were booked up but would let me know. I never received any kind of message other than my bill under the door. The manager said he would try to work it out and did so. However, I was late for a business meeting due to the lack of communication. Also when I returned late that afternoon my bed was made but the shower still had wash cloths, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles. Obviously, had not been cleaned.

Fairly clean hotel and brand-new rooms. A lot of savory food. The rooms have a fridge and a mini coffeemaker, for example. Extremely friendly personnel and an ideal location close to the Jr food store.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding. They were very helpful and enthusiastic in answering all our questions, making our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as we didn't even need to use our car to get around.

All in all, our stay was great and there is nothing that I believe could be improved upon.

The location is great, near the Billy Graham Library and the Bechtler Museum. The hotel rooms are clean and come equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The queen size bedroom is spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is modern and has attentive staff. The location is favorable for getting to uptown. Check-in process is easy. The rooms are beautifully maintained with king size beds. The pool area is nice.

Recently renovated hotel in a stunning location close to many shops and restaurants. Superb bar on-site. Recently refurbished and beautifully designed room with a microwave, mini coffeemaker, and a fridge. Lots of options and tasty food. Great service.

There is no refrigerator in the rooms. We went to dinner and brought home leftovers, but had to throw them away!

The location is exceptionally nice, with a beautiful area and a short walk to the light rail system as well as the train stop. The rooms are well-maintained and come with central heating, a TV set, and a microwave. The continental breakfast includes yogurt and bagels. The employees are attentive and friendly.
